Standard Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30days of receipt free of charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded. Please noteshipping charges will not be refunded.

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged itemalong with your order number to info@rosebola.com with the subject line.DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
